If Lost Soul Paracon is running smoothly, chances are Nicki is somewhere behind the scenes making it happen.

Nicki is the organisational powerhouse responsible for the incredible community of stallholders, speakers and workshop hosts who help make every Lost Soul Paracon so special.

From coordinating the marketplace and keeping speakers organised to making sure workshops are in the right place at the right time, Nicki is the person keeping all those moving parts moving.

She knows who needs to be where, what needs to happen next and probably has the answer before anyone has even finished asking the question.

While everyone else is enjoying the paranormal chaos, Nicki is making sure it's organised paranormal chaos.

Jolene – The Creative Chaos

Then there’s Jolene. If Nicki keeps Lost Soul Paracon running, Jolene makes sure it looks absolutely unforgettable.

Jolene is the creative force behind the brand, taking care of the website, payment plans, design work, event visuals, branding and all those little details that turn a paranormal convention into a full Lost Soul experience.

And then there are the Saturday nights…

Over the years, Lost Soul Paracon has become known for its legendary themed Saturday evening events, and Jolene is the slightly unhinged creative mind behind them.

Give her an empty ballroom, a theme and access to a prop cupboard and things can escalate very quickly.

From elaborate décor and atmospheric displays to theatrical props and immersive details, Jolene loves transforming a room into something guests walk into and immediately say: “WOW.”

If there's a giant prop, something creepy hanging from the ceiling or a decoration that looks like it definitely shouldn't have been possible to make… there is a very good chance Jolene made it.

 

Two Founders. One Paranormal Obsession.

Together, Nicki and Jolene bring completely different strengths to Lost Soul Paracon.

Nicki brings the organisation. Jolene brings the imagination. And somewhere in the middle… Lost Soul Paracon happens.

But underneath the spreadsheets, websites, speakers, stalls, props, decorations and endless planning is something much more important;

a shared love of the paranormal community.

Lost Soul Paracon has never been about simply putting on another convention.

It is about creating a weekend where paranormal enthusiasts can meet the people they admire, discover new researchers, explore different areas of the unexplained, browse incredible independent traders, take part in workshops, make new friends and feel completely at home amongst people who share the same curiosity about the unknown.

Nicki and Jolene wanted to create the kind of paranormal event they would want to attend themselves — welcoming, exciting, immersive, a little bit theatrical and most importantly… fun.

 

And that philosophy remains at the heart of everything Lost Soul Paracon does.
